Football Season 2024 is Coming soon!!!
Kahibah FC welcomes all returning and new prospective players to prepare to register and hope the following information is helpful.
Registration is now open for 2024.

Please note Kahibah FC Premier is our premier side of the club and only JDL PYL and NL1 players should register in that portal.
Important Information to prepare for registration.
- All players playing competition football (12s through All Age and O35 Men and Women) must upload a photo. This photo must be a passport style photo (only the player’s face can be in the photo, NO sunnies or hat, and nothing blocking the face).
- Get your Active Kids voucher number for your player(s) from Service NSW before you register and enter this prior to the payment.
- ALL coaches and managers are ALSO required to register and have a “Working With Children’s Check” volunteer number in order to meet the club’s child protection obligations.
- If you are having difficulty registering on Playfootball (once registrations open) you will need to contact “Playfootball” directly via the link to “Help”.
- If you don’t have a full team, we will have muster days to allocate players to teams.
- Don’t forget, you need to register your child in the age group they will be turning in 2024, (e.g, players turning 6 in 2024 will need to be registered in “Under 6s”).
- Kahibah FC will always have a spot on a team for returning players (providing registrations are received prior to 16th February 2024).
Once registered and teams are formed, we require all registered players and/or parents to be registered in our TeamApp which will be our primary mode of communication to club members in 2024.
Please ensure your Kahibah FC TeamApp profile is UPDATED with your name and any other fields correct.
Registration Fees for 2023
Registration fees for 2023 are as follows;
- MiniRoos – U5 / U6 / U7 $240
- MiniRoos – U8 / U9 $270
- MiniRoos – U10 / U11 $285
- Competition – U12 / U14 $315
- Competition – U15 / U16 $325
- Competition – U17 / U18 $340
- Seniors (O35s / AA) $425
A free pair of socks and shin pads will be given to U6 players who are playing for the club for the first time in 2024.
Registration Dates
- Registration opens online for all other players from Wednesday 17 January 2024 until Sunday 18 February 2023.
- 2023 registered players will have first preference for a place if they register within the specified dates.
- Muster dates to organise teams and to obtain kids shirt sizes will occur on the following dates:
Monday 19th February 2024
5pm – U8
6pm – U9
6:45pm – U10 and U11
Tuesday 20th February 2024
5:30pm – U12s to U18s
Wednesday 21st February 2024
- 6pm – U5 / U6 / U7
